Seminar
The Law Office of Shawna Collins offers a free monthly divorce seminar. You
can contact the office to receive dates and location and to register. In the
seminar, Shawna will discuss the five (5) major areas of separation and
divorce: custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and
absolute division. The seminar is a way for parties looking for more
information on what to expect during the divorce process. She will provide
general information about the law in North Carolina, and how it affects
parties going through a divorce. While the attorney-client privilege and
confidentiality rules prevent her from giving specific advice on your
individual situation during the seminar, she is happy to meet with you in a
private consultation.
